Associate Professor of Media Studies, University of Amsterdam, and Vice-Chair of IASA's Broadcast Archives Section (BAS). I'm interested in the early history of radio archiving in Europe and beyond, for which I'm currently leading a funded research project "Tracking Radio Archival Collections in Europe, 1930-60" (TRACE). I'd be keen to talk to anyone about the early history of IASA (and IAML), or current practices in the management of radio collections (particularly preservation practices, metadata, provenance etc.)
