Kerstin Herlt (F) is project coordinator at DFF - Deutsches Filmmuseum & Filminstitut in Frankfurt/Main. She is mainly working on EU funded projects dealing with digitisation, access, digital curation and innovation in conserving and preserving of archival film material. From 2015-2017 she was head of office of ACE (Association des Cinémathèques Européennes) and has coordinated ACE’s work on projects such as the European Film Gateway , the orphan works project FORWARD, and several film literacy projects. She is member of the EAF Steering Group and of the Europeana Supervisory Board.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Roman Philology, Sociology and European Media Studies.
